We give you the opportunity to provide content that is stored within the framework of our website.
This content includes:
• reviews of products (including services).
We ensure that reviews come from people who have used or purchased the relevant product. For this purpose, we send requests to leave reviews only to people who have purchased the product from us.

Remember that when using our website, you must not provide illegal content (in particular content such as incitement to hate, terrorist content, and illegally discriminatory content) or content that becomes illegal under applicable law because it relates to illegal actions. For example, the following actions are considered illegal content:

We ask you to include the following in your report:
• A sufficiently detailed explanation of the reasons why you claim that the information in question constitutes illegal content.
• A clear indication of the exact electronic location of the information, such as an exact URL or URLs, and, where applicable, additional information that allows identification of the illegal content, depending on the type of content and the specific type of hosting service.
• Your first and last name or company name and your email address – except for reports concerning information considered related to any of the offenses mentioned in Articles 3–7 of Directive 2011/93/EU (i.e., sexual abuse of children and child pornography).
• A statement confirming that you in good faith believe that the information and claims in your report are correct and complete.
It is sufficient to include this information in your message. You can use the reporting template that we provide at the end of this document.
We collect this information in accordance with Article 16.2 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 19 October 2022 on the internal market for digital services and amending Directive 2000/31/EC (the Digital Services Act), also known as the DSA.
If you submit the report via email or include your electronic contact information in it, we will confirm receipt of your report. We will also inform you about the actions we have taken regarding the illegal content you reported, as well as the possibilities to appeal our decision.
Content provided by users is moderated by us in response to user reports. We may also take such actions on our own initiative.
We respond to all reports concerning possible violations of laws or rules for social interaction, regulations, rules, terms, and policies associated with our website. We immediately take appropriate actions to remove or block access to illegal content – as soon as we become aware of or are notified about such content.
Remember that we are not obliged to actively search for illegal content ourselves.
Content moderation is carried out in accordance with legal provisions, particularly the provisions of the Digital Services Act (DSA).
If we take action against illegal content or content that violates the rules described in this document, we inform all affected recipients – if we know their relevant electronic contact information – about the restrictions imposed on the content or on the user responsible for it, to the extent these restrictions apply due to the nature of the service or other provisions in the agreements binding on us, in the form of:
• Restrictions on the visibility of specific information provided by us, including removal of content, blocking access to content, or deprioritizing content.
• Suspension, termination, or other limitations on payments.
• Suspension or termination of service delivery in whole or in part.
• Suspension or closure of the recipient’s user account.
Every action we take will be justified.
We may refrain from providing such information if the content constitutes misleading commercial content in large volume.
Complaints and claims related to the use of the website can be sent via the contact point, whose details are provided at the beginning of these terms.
We handle complaints and claims within 14 days of receipt.
