Delivery Time

Delivery typically takes 4–7 business days, depending on your location.
After you place your order, we prepare your package for delivery and send you a tracking number. We use UPS courier services, which guarantees fast and secure delivery to your address.

What You Need to Know

All our bikes are delivered partially assembled. This means you only need to complete a few simple assembly steps before you can ride for the first time, such as:

Attaching the front wheel
Adjusting and securing the handlebars
Attaching the pedals

This avoids complicated assembly, and your bike is ready to use in the shortest possible time. Assembly instructions are included in the package. If needed, we are here to help you.
